The assistant
Vesaya's assistant uses AI to understand requests and draft messages and documents. It can make mistakes, so nothing reaches a customer or moves money without the owner's approval and a 10-second undo.
Texts and calls from the assistant say they come from an automated assistant for the business.
Voice
When you talk to the assistant, your words are turned into text to carry out the request. Hands-free listening for her name happens on your phone. Voice messages between your team are stored with their transcripts so you can play and search them.
Calls
If a business uses the AI receptionist, calls may be answered by the assistant and recorded and transcribed to book visits and keep notes. The greeting says so at the start of the call.
